Robop has been designed to look move and sound like a real peregrine. It moves its head, flaps its wings and makes the peregrine call. Movements are both subtle and random reflecting the behaviour of a hunting peregrine.
Very loud at full volume but the minimum volume is recommended. Sound is adjustable using the external digital volume control. Current models have 4 different peregrine calls. Robop shuts down automatically at night and wakens again in the morning.

Robop, our robotic peregrine falcon is the result of the appliance of science and engineering to solving bird problems world-wide. As a bird control device it is unique with several patents and registered design rights.
However, this is not why customers buy it. They buy it because it solves their bird problems and it keeps on working year, after year, after year. In short it's a thoroughly engineered and robust product designed to work on exposed rooftops, in driving rain, wind, snow and baking sun.
All Robop electronics is ROHS compliant being lead free and using the minimum of environmentally damaging heavy metals such a cadmium. As with all components of the system it can be returned to us for recycling at the end of its useful life.

The Forth Rail Bridge is perhaps the most famous icon of Scottish Engineering. The world's first major steel bridge with a span of 1.5 miles (2.5 Km) was completed in 1890 and is still in use today. At Robop we see ourselves following in the same tradition with engineering innovation but above all with products built to last.
Perhaps the most complex and time consuming task in the production of Robops is the paint process. Here our Angela demonstrates her wizardry in the paint shop. We take great care with our paint process to ensure Robops keep their looks for a long time in all weather conditions.
Pneumatic poles allow Robop to be elevated to 22 feet above a building. Photo shows the top bearing assembly which fits into the top of the pole and allows the robotic falcon to rotate while at the same time being securely located. This is an example of the precision engineering that goes into our products.
Robops are available in Standard, Mains and Solar power versions and with Fixed, Rotating Arm, Tripod, Pole and Trailer mounting options.
