Robop Limited is a private limited company formed in September 2001. The company was formed to develop and manufacture the robotic falcon concept of founder Bob McIntyre.
The concept was derived from Bob's lifetime of experience in the bird control field. Our role as a Company has been to turn a brilliant idea into a well engineered and robust product capable of working anywhere, at any time and in any weather condition.
We supply large companies and institutions all over the world.
The world famous Jebel Ali Hotel in Dubai played host to the England soccer team during training for the world cup. As a result of Robop appearing on the Soccer AM TV programme the hotel invited us to demonstrate how Robop could solve their pigeon problem. The photo was taken from the hotel roof.
Of all the problems caused by birds by far the most costly is where flooding of buildings occurs. Particularly at risk are modern buildings with metal roofs and symphonic drainage. Build up of nesting material and other detritus can quickly block drains flooding a factory, retail store, lab or office with contaminated water. We have saved clients million of pounds of lost revenue by deterring pest birds.

Robop hold a patent for the use of GPS satellite technology in its product which is quite ironic since years after filing the patent we move into Satellite Park in Macmerry.
Our first client in Canada was the HiTech Group based in Grand Prairie Alberta. Here they are on top of a city centre office block demonstrating the product.
